Here is the layout that I did with DOCTOR'S ORDERS ... it features a photo of me on the LAST DAY I had to wear my cast, after I broke my wrist on the step I'm sitting on!!! That was a miserable 8 weeks in that cast! Ouch is right! Occasionally, especially in the winter, it reminds me vividly of the OUCH!
