I love that "polaroids on a clothesline" look ... that is actually a freebie I collected from Gunhild Storeide way "back in the day!" (when I was only collecting freebies! The flower cluster on the right was made by me using PattyB Scraps BOUNTIFUL HARVEST. I love all those earthy flowers and foliage in her kit. (Check the right side bar for all the stores where PattyB sells her lovely products!) Since you know I love butterflies, are you surprised to see that I used a butterfly paper that I had made (overlay - another freebie - collected from KimB). I wanted to call my page poki's projects (just like this blog) but FB wouldn't allow a lower case letter on poki, so ... since poki always has a lower case "p" I had to flip the words, thus it Projects by poki.

I plan to continue to post my layouts on my Personal timeline, with credits to the designers of course, but all of my promotional work is moving to Projects by poki. My following on the new FB is steadily growing, which pleases me. Besides wanting to separate "work" life from personal life, I also wanted to take advantage of the statistical information about reach. I love data collecting! (It must be the TEACHER in me!)
I plan to make and give some personal freebies directly from Projects by poki. I started with a True North Scraps CHILL OUT freebie yesterday ...
I made this cluster as the title for my layout with this TNS kit - subtitle: "I will gladly settle for spectacular sunsets in Texas, rather than deal with the mess caused by snow!" The photo is a January 2005 shot from my neighbor's back deck of 3rd Finger Cove (where I live) on Lake Belton! The sky was fabulous! (and matched this kit well, I think!)
If you want to see my promotional work, join me at Projects by poki - just click on LIKE to get it to come up in your news feed!
I also have a WORDART WEDNESDAY post scheduled for 1/8/2014 - made by me, and offered at Projects by poki
All of my January freebies will remain available until 2/10/2014
I like the Polaroids on the clothesline and was searching to find the source. I have a project in mind, which you inspired me. Love how you used them.
