Here is my layout using this fun kit ... I haen't been to New Orleans in a LONG time, but I do have a favorite RAGIN' CAJUN Restaurant in Galveston ... we eat there everytime we go to Galveston Island.  The seafood is scrumptious!  I'm sure they are partying in Galveston this weekend too!
