I'm still playing "catch-up" from vacation time off!

I still haven't been able to catch up here on the work I did since returning home from vacation - the last post before vacation from Roseytoes Designs was her templated called SPACED OUT ... so I am going to pick up right after that one in my log.

Ryan loves to make templates and I love to use them!  She has a template called

 WALKING ON SUNSHINE

I've used it several times already - here's a layout I did with WALKING ON SUNSHINE template pack and NATURAL BLISS

The butterfly is a Canadian Tiger Swallowtail, who happily posed for me in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming on June 19!  I was so excited to actually get to photograph this beauty!  Watch for another layout with the same time of butterfly later in the day!

And here's a different template from the WALKING ON SUNSHINE Template pack used with CUTE AS A BUG - It's the same kind of butterfly, but this one was a little farther south in the Hoback Canyon region of Wyoming.  Such a beautiful drive that day!

The next release from Roseytoes Designs was a true scrapping challenge - it's called

PRETTY IN PINK

If you know me well, you know that the PINK was the challenge!

As you can see, I was able to make it a green/brown layout along with these beautiful pink roses!  Jana and I stopped and talked to the little Greek lady that grows these beautiful roses in her front yard on Logan Street in Denver.  She graciously let me take pictures, and sent us home with a bouquet!

The next project was with a kit that Roseytoes Designs created before I joined her team.  The kit is called

CALM

and the color palette and elements perfectly portray that title.  You can find it in her store at Gotta Pixel

I used one of the templates from her BEAUTIFUL template pack and created this lovely layout of orchids in the Orchid House at Denver Botanic Gardens (the building was a new construction since the last time we had been there - and it is lovely!)

I think that I am caught up now with Roseytoes Designs - another designer coming soon!  Gotta go clean the studio now for class tonight!  Be back later!
