I have had a busy month at Berry Sweet Scraps - having so much fun using the wonderful products from the Berry Sweet Scraps Shop
Each month we have an assigned designer, and a free choice designer. There is also a Mega Collab to work with, and we can do as many additional projects as we would like ... I've been prepping for a CHRISTMAS IN JULY celebration which begins tomorrow so you will see a few Christmas/Winter layouts sneaking in ...
My first assignment for July was Down Under Scraps and I picked her kit
The title is linked in case you can't see it!
I used these beautiful papers and elements to feature some butterfly photos from the Spring of 2012 (are you surprised?) Check out my gallery at Berry Sweet Scraps

Next I chose Moos Scraps
I love the Autumn color palette, and can always find photos for an Autumn kit
Mike and I visited Lost Maples State Park in November 2010 right at the end of the Autumn color season, but there was still plenty of color to be seen!
(The template is one that I designed!)
Since it's July, the Berry Sweet Girls designed a fabulous MEGA collab called
Red, white and blue, but not only Patriotic papers and elements - there's some other summer fun things included (since not all of our designers live in the US)
I used the kit to feature photos of Blake and his very first 4th of July Parade in Belton - July 4, 2007! (He was 16 months old and entranced by the sights and sounds of the parade!)
The tag says: "Through the EYES of a child! A parade will never look the same after you have seen it through the eyes of your child! Everything is MAGIC!
I order to get ready for CHRISTMAS IN JULY, I collected and worked with a few Christmas kits in the shop. First up, Sunny Day Scraps
Here's a layout I did with NORTH POLE
Come back later to see some hybrid projects I created with this kit for the Berry Sweet Scraps Blog!

Whispy's D'zines has a fabulous kit called
My layout shows my cute nephew Blake at Christmas 2011 in Kyle.
My friend from DSDI days Gail has her shop at Berry Sweet Scraps called Sunrise Scraps. I've been doing some promotional work for her as well, although I'm not "officially" on her Creative Team (since she doesn't have one yet!)
Sunrise Scraps has a great kit called
and the great news, the proceeds from this kit are being donated to The American Cancer Society through the designer's Relay for Life team! Here's your chance to pick up a great kit, and do a great service as well! Thanks, Gail, for your generocity!
My sister Sandy, my niece Julie and I joined Mom for the SURVIVOR'S WALK at the Ft Hood Area Relay for Life on April 27, 2001! She has since then had another successful operation for cancer, and is still vibrant at 83! A little slower, but still going!
Be back later with more posts ... I've been in this chair too long! Time to go take a walk! (after breakfast!)
