Designer freebie 7/17/2015

Today's Designer freebie features Thrifty Scraps by Gina

COUNTRY ROSE

available exclusively at Scrap from France

My layout featuring Thrifty Scraps by Gina COUNTRY ROSE

and a template freebie from Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs

This layout features a favorite rose photo, taken in the Tyler Rose Garden, Tyler, Texas on a very rainy day with the remnants of a hurricane passing over as we traveled through Tyler.  I stood in the garden with camera in one hand, and umbrella in the other! But the image with the raindrops is just too perfect!

I'm continuing on my

50 NIFTY collection

Today I have a set of 10 states (New Mexico - South Carolina , in alphabetical order)

I applied 3 different actions to each state shape:  old paper, cork, and leather! (My compliments and thanks to the CU designers: Marisa Lerin, KimB, Mommyish Designs, and Sheila Reid.)    So, this package contains 30 state shapes, organized and labeled by state.  I kept the colors neutral, but you should be able to re-color them easily if you want!

Head over to Projects by poki FB page to collect this freebie!  I hope you have fun with it! So, have you started a project yet?  If you have, please share a link on Projects by poki FB, so I can go check it out!  We all love and need inspiration sometimes!

I was alerted by a follower at my Projects by poki FB page this morning that Georgia folder was empty ... oh, my ... it certainly was!  Thanks to my copious notes that I keep on all my work, I was able to fix Georgia up in a hurry, and have added it as a separate download.  Both links are now in the original post at Projects by poki FB page
