All 5 of my designers have new kits being released today and on April 1 - I have been a very busy (and happy) girl lately!

Here's the latest template pack from Roseytoes Designs called BIG AND SMALL - I also used her kit called CUTE AS A BUG to make this layout featuring one of my bluebonnet favorite photos from 2010 season.  The 2012 season is on its way to surpassing 2010.  (We've been out for a couple of photo shoots already, and will spend the weekend doing more - we're heading to San Antonio on Saturday!)

This was my entry in the Heart of Texas Scrapbook Club Art Show on Sunday at our Spring Retreat!

Brenda Neuberger Designs

Brenda has a new kit available today (3/19) at Funky Playground Designs  that would be great for all your Spring and Easter photo shoots!  I love the soft pastel palette and the variety of papers that she has, as well as lots of cute elements and and alpha too!

I did a layout featuring my great niece Gaby last year on her first Easter - she wasn't really TOO SURE about those ears, and never really warmed up to them!  But she does love her daddy (my nephew)

Jen has a cute new kit called BUMP IN THE NIGHT which you can get at Pickle Berry Pop today 3/19/2012  - there are 6 pieces to the kit, each available for a limited time at $1 per piece. 

I love the color palette, and I think it complimented the colors in my nephew's photos of his daughter Gaby on her first skate board last Christmas.  Daddy loves to skate, and wants his daughter on a board as soon as possible.  (She is not quite 2 years old and she's more stable on that board than I would be!)

I've only had time to make one layout so far - with a photo that Mike took on Sunday afternoon in the neighborhood.  There was a swarm of Red Admiral butterflies on the neighbor's Bradford pear tree in bloom (amazing tree!)  and we just had to get some photos.  Here's my layout using BUTTERFLIES AND BLOSSOMS (see all the links above) and Jen C Designs ONE HIT WONDERS template pack which is also available at The Studio (see photo below my layout)

I love the soft color paltte here, and thought it went well with my altered photo of Julie and Joe's family photo shoot.  I like the soft tones that the "Time Machine" effect in PSP X2 creates on this photo.  The original photo is too bright and glossy for my taste!

Roseytoes Designs opened in a new store yesterday 3/9/2012 "Gotta Pixel" - and her latest new template kit BEAUTIFUL  is part of a collection called GOTTA GRAB IT - there are 73 kits, all matching and all just $1 each from March 10 - 13.  Be sure to got grab the BEAUTIFUL templates from Roseytoes Designs and check out the other parts of this amazing collaboration too!  (I saw 2 or 3 pieces that may need to be in my collection while they are on such a fabulous sale!) 

Since Ryan is primarily a template designer I get to work with her templates and my products too - the papers and elements that I used with her template were made by me "poki's projects etc."  My designer apprentice program starts tomorrow, and I am so excited!  I'm sure you will be seeing my progress here on the blog!

Jen C Designs has a great new "green" kit - just in time for St Patrick's Day.  You can find it only at her Pickleberry Pop store 

I am in heaven with all of the green papers in this kit, and did a super stack of "greens" in my layout of the colorful gardens I saw in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado on our last visit! 

I also used Jen C Designs STACKS OF FUN template #2 - such a delightful way to work now that I'm clipping in PSE 10.

Digi Deborah Designs BE MY HONEY

Digi Deborah released her kit BE MY HONEY at Funky Playground Designs back in February, but I just couldn't resist working with it! 

My niece Julie and her husband Joe ALMOST send enough pictures of their two boys!  Blake is 6 years old now (as of March 3) and Chase is almost 5 months old!  They look so much alike, you can tell they are brothers!  And they love each other ... as the layout says "It was LOVE at first sight!"

I am a new CT member of Brenda Neuberger Designs who sells exclusively at Funky Playground Designs . I chose her kit BIRTHDAY BOY as my first CT assignment. 

I love the colors in the kit!  My apologies to my great nephew Blake - since I was not able to attend his birthday party last Saturday - he is now 6! - I had to use photos from his 5th birthday.  (I think he was wearing the same shirt to a party at the same place!)

Digi Deborah HEART OF GOLD

I am a new CT member at Digi Deborah Designs - she knew my work from DSDI, and invited me to join her team!  I chose her kit HEART OF GOLD as my first CT project!

I love this photo of me taken during a performance of George M! I played Fran T - a vaudeville star, and sang "Mary is a Grand Old Name!"  My scene lasted about 3 minutes (I was also the Music director for this show, so I stayed really busy ...) but Ron, the director, spent lots of $$$$ on my small scene - costume and scenery!  I felt so glamourous!  What a glorious 3 minutes in the spotlight!

Jen has a gorgeous new kit called SPRING BLOOMS available today at Pickleberry Pop.  This forum/store was new to me so I had to go check it out earlier this week.  It's a great little forum from Australia.  While you are there checking out Jen's new kit, have a look around.  You may like what you see like I did.  Here is the preview of Jen's beautiful kit!

I really love Jen's color palette on this one - and the kit is a delight to work with ...  here is my first layout done with this kit, but with spring quickly approaching, I do not think it will be my last.

I combined the beautiful new kit with Jen's CLUSTER FUNK TEMPLATES Vol 4 #2

and created this layout with some of my not-so-blue bluebonnet photos from Spring 2010.  I can hardly wait to see them this year!  SOON!!!!

I think I have to go check my wildflower spotters resourse for Texas to see if anyone has seen any yet!  Will let you know what I discover ... (it is a LITTLE bit early)
