I enjoyed creating a layout featuring Sirena (a folk tale Indian mermaid!) The bronze statue was created by Salado artist Troy Kelley, and sits regally beside the creek in Pace Memorial Park, Salado, Texas - reminding us of a time long ago filled with "magic!" Both the heroine and her bronze likeness have endured interesting times. I found the kit easy to work with other photos from my archive - like this favorite of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
Ginger's page masks are fabulous ... I love the effect that it had on my lighthouse photo!
